At Heaps I redesigned the tool Care Coaches use for patient follow-up calls; they now reach more patients each day. I also replaced a daily Excel email with a feedback dashboard: 20–30 minutes back for every auditor.

I studied electronics at IIT Kharagpur, but I'd been drawing since I was a kid. Running the Spring Fest design team pulled me from posters to interfaces, and I never went back.
Off the clock: music, Dota, CS, poker, and quiz shows.
